The Residential Counselor is responsible for providing support services to individuals residing in a nine-bed community home for youth aged 18 to 22 who exhibit challenging behaviors due to trauma-based diagnoses, sexually abusive behavior, cognitive disabilities, and/or intellectual challenges.
