This position is with our Family Re Entry division located in Bridgeport and Norwalk Connecticut.This position is responsible for the direct supervision and management of the IPV-FAIR Bridgeport and Norwalk program, including oversight and direction of all operational activities and clinical services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision: The Program Manager will oversee Full-Time Clinicians and Full-Time Family Support Navigators, offering clinical supervision to ensure program compliance, best practices, and proper documentation.
Time Requirements: 30 hours a week. Nights and Weekend hours may be required at times. Flexible schedule to accommodate client-family needs. Provide after hours on-call supervision to staff and families as needed.
Education/Experience:
Connecticut License (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PhD) with a minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience and a minimum of 4 years providing direct services to families. Experience with intimate partner violence is required.
Language Ability: Very high. Strong written and verbal skills in English. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Math Ability: Medium. Must be able to provide and interpret statistics
Reasoning Ability: Very High. Must be able to coordinate multiple needs simultaneously and strategize around client needs and fit with program.
Computer Skills: Very high. Must know Word, Excel, Outlook, and have experience with database/electronic record keeping.
Work Environment: Primarily in office with occasional travel to DCF offices and training locations throughout CT. Some travel to client homes may be needed at times. Must have own vehicle.
