Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a unique, 140 year old nonprofit organization headquartered in Boston. Social Justice Services (SJS), a division of CRJ supports men and women leaving incarceration and young adults with complex clinical needs to make positive, and sustainable life transitions. SJS provides residential and non-residential services and programming in addition to staff development opportunities for our workforce.

With a strict focus on outcomes, the Social Justice Services Division is committed to delivering contemporary and evidence-based services to the adults and young people in our care. Through delivering innovative programming and collaborating with community agencies, we provide hope and support to our clients as they make safe and successful transitions into their communities.
The Program Director is responsible for the delivery of services and operations of the program, as well as ensuring that the program is in compliance with all statutory, agency and contractual requirements and policies in order to provide the highest quality services.
